Tom, came over and gave us an estimate for all the work we needed to do. He also was extremely thorough as to what we should get done and why while never putting any undo pressure on us. He was so helpful even the knew we’re getting multiple bids. Guy and Brian, the technicians, were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely nice and very respectful. They walked me through ever completed project and when we had a few last minute changes, there were very accommodating. Would definitely use again. Great company to work with.

Randy's came out to remove all living wiring from a wall that was being remodeled. I paid $75 for the service call and around $300 for the removal of one outlets, which they said was the only live wire in the wall.When my contractor came out, they removed the wall and found an additional live wire that Randy's had missed. My basement is unfinished and there was obviously a junction box they did not disconnect.I called Randy's and talked to a live person (which was awesome). They were able to come out again and fix the issue they missed. I was charged another $75 service fee, plus $1700 to remove the live wire and reroute and rewire it. I would have not paid them again, but we needed the work done so our contractor could continue with the remodel.I can't recommend them because they did not do the job right the first time and I had to pay twice for the service charge (along with a premium for their services). On top of that, their prices are excessively high. I recommend getting quotes from other companies before considering Randy's. I was shocked to find out their pricing was more than double what other similar qualified electricians were charging.The photos show the obvious wire they missed in the middle of the wall and the junction box in the basement.

I rarely take the time to write a review, but I wanted to express my appreciation for the exemplary service I received by Mike at Randy's electric. He was prompt and courteous. He problem solved our situation for a less expensive solution. Pricing was reasonable. Everything was clean at the finish. This was everything a professional service should be. I will use Randy's again for any future electrical need. Many thanks!

Joe and Brian saved the day! Our usual electrician had a medical issue and could not finish the kitchen project. Joe was able to get there the next day and complete the project in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Client is happy and so are we! We had a very positive experience with Randy’s Electric on a recent chandelier installation. Scheduling was very straightforward, and we received both an email and text confirming our appointment. As promised, we received a call from Richard 30 minutes before his arrival during the 2-hour appointment window. Richard himself was extremely personable and clearly knowledgeable; he was very transparent about various potential complications and their cost impact and provided a baseline price estimate within minutes. He worked for two hours, made sure our hardwood floors were protected and cleaned up very thoroughly once the work was complete. We would definitely consider Randy’s Electric for future jobs - thanks, Richard!

Once I submitted a request, I heard back almost immediately about scheduling an electrician to come over and check out the work we wanted done. Our basement was a bit daunting of a task considering all the DIY previous owners had done, but Jeremy and his team took on the project and did beautiful work. They were always considerate around our home and were happy to answer any questions. They upgraded our breaker box and gave us some lighting in our basement - all greatly needed. Communication was always there and very timely from everyone at Randy's. Overall, great professional work and timely considerate customer service. I'd definitely recommend them.

Mike and his apprentice, Austin, were on time and ready to go for our light fixture installation. Both our ceiling and the light fixture came with some unforeseen complications, but Mike was thoughtful, professional and with his suggestions to work through them. He gave us time to consider our options and when we decided to proceed, he and Austin got the job done quickly, efficiently and beautifully. Throughout the process both Mike and Austin were kind, friendly and professional - we even had a few laughs along the way. We feel so good about Mike and Austin, and about Randy's Electric. The service and care everyone gave us - from scheduling to completion - was above and beyond. So refreshing! I would recommend Mike, Austin and Randy's Electric without hesitation - a great experience all the way through!
