Randy’s Guarantee

We have a lifetime guarantee on our workmanship and a year guarantee on all parts. What does this mean for you? It means that if we do something wrong, we come back to fix it, and if a part we supplied quits working within a year of us installing it, we’ll replace it for free*.

That’s reliability!

*This limited warranty covers any defects in material under normal use during the warranty period. Randy’s Electric will either repair or replace the product at no additional charge. The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from a defect in material.
