Welcome to Randy's Home Club!

1. Priority Service Access: Priority Service Access: Priority scheduling is subject to availability. Randy’s Electric will make every effort to prioritize members but cannot guarantee immediate service in cases of high demand or external constraints. We cannot always guarantee service with preferred electricians.
2. Annual Inspections: The annual inspection is limited to standard electrical systems and does not coverrepairs, which may be identified during the inspection. Any additional services required will be subjectto standard pricing, less the member discount.
3. Discounts: A 10% discount applies to services up to a maximum of $500.00 per visit. This discountcannot be combined with other offers or discounts; however, other offers may be used instead if theyexceed the 10% membership discount. Discounts are non-transferable, have no cash value, and areonly valid for active members of Randy’s Home Club. The discount cannot be applied to jobs that arealready completed or currently in progress.
4. Extended Warranty: The extended two-year warranty on parts and labor is valid only while themembership is active. Warranty coverage ceases if the membership is canceled or not renewed.
5. Community Contribution: A defined portion of the membership fee will be contributed to a selectedcharity or community project each year, with details available upon request.
6. Membership Term: Randy’s Home Club membership is valid for a minimum of one year from the dateof purchase and will automatically renew on the anniversary date.
7. Cancellation and Renewal Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time by contactingour customer support team. If you choose to cancel your membership before the end of the one-yearcommitment, an early termination fee equivalent to the remaining balance of your annual membershipfee will be applied. Once the cancellation request is received to a team member, a confirmation emailor notification will be sent to the member. Memberships fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation,members will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the membership fee.
8. Transfer of Membership: Membership is not transferable between properties or individuals withoutprior written consent from Randy’s Electric.
9. Changes to Membership Terms: Randy’s Electric reserves the right to change the terms and conditionsof the membership at any time, with changes becoming effective upon renewal of the membership.
10. Members-Only Hotline: The dedicated hotline is available during standard business hours and isintended for scheduling and service inquiries only

By purchasing a membership, the member agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.
