1. Priority Service Access: Priority scheduling is subject to availability. Randy’s Electric will make every effort to prioritize members but cannot guarantee immediate service in cases of high demand or external constraints. We cannot always guarantee service with preferred electricians.
2. Members-Only Hotline: The dedicated hotline is available during standard business hours and is intended for scheduling and service inquiries only.
3. Annual Inspections: The annual inspection is limited to standard electrical systems and does not cover repairs, which may be identified during the inspection. Any additional services required will be subject to standard pricing, less the member discount.
4. Discounts: The 10% discount applies up to $500.00 per visit and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless specified. Discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value. The 10% membership is only valid while an active member of the Randy’s Home Club. Cannot be applied to current or past jobs.
5. Extended Warranty: The extended two-year warranty on parts and labor is valid only while the membership is active. Warranty coverage ceases if the membership is canceled or not renewed.
6. Community Contribution: A defined portion of the membership fee will be contributed to a selected charity or community project each year, with details available upon request.
7. Membership Term: Randy’s Electric reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the membership program at any time, including the option to terminate the program. Any changes will take effect upon the renewal of your membership.
8. Cancellation and Renewal Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting our customer support team. If you choose to cancel your membership before the end of the one-year commitment, an early termination fee equivalent to the remaining balance of your annual membership fee will be applied. Once the cancellation request is received by a team member, a confirmation email or notification will be sent to the member. Memberships fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, members will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the membership fee.
9. Cancellation and Renewal Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting our customer support team. By purchasing a membership, the member agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.
